About the role
Freshworks builds enterprise software for customer and employee service experiences. The Solution Engineer will design customer solutions, build AI demonstrations and proofs of concept, and support sales engagements.
What you'll do
- Run discovery sessions with SMB and mid-market customers
- Architect tailored solutions and deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept
- Build and configure AI agents and automated workflows
- Prepare solution proposals, statements of work, and RFP/RFI responses
- Address technical objections and advise customers on platform capabilities
