Manager - Retention Marketing

GoKwik provides commerce growth and engagement technology to D2C and eCommerce brands. This person will manage retention strategy, lifecycle campaigns, and performance improvement across merchant accounts.

• Own retention strategy and execution for 15–30 D2C brands
• Audit and optimise lifecycle journeys across WhatsApp, email, and SMS
• Plan, execute, QA, and optimise campaigns and automations
• Build segmentation, personalisation, and retention workflows
• Analyse cohorts, repeat behaviour, AOV, and campaign performance
• Use AI tools for campaign workflows, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
