Paytm Money is Paytm’s wealth-tech business for mutual funds, equities, and derivatives. This role leads paid acquisition and funnel optimization to grow users efficiently across investment products.

• Own paid performance marketing strategy across acquisition channels
• Manage acquisition budgets and optimize ROI, CAC, and payback
• Build and optimize campaigns from awareness through investment activation
• Analyze attribution, cohorts, and funnel drop-offs to improve conversion
• Expand acquisition through new channels, partnerships, and campaign formats
• Build and mentor a performance marketing team
