Freshworks builds customer and employee experience software, including Freshservice for IT and employee service operations. You will shape partner-led solutions, enable global systems integrators, and support partner-sourced business opportunities.
What you'll do
- Shape Freshservice opportunities with global systems integrator partners
- Translate service challenges into structured solution opportunities
- Build solution narratives for ITSM, ESM, AI, and service transformation
- Enable partner teams through training, demos, and reusable sales assets
- Support partner account planning and partner-sourced pipeline
