About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for life insurance consumers, agents and carriers. The Salesforce Administrator will automate insurance workflows, manage data and troubleshoot system access, reporting and automation issues.
What you'll do
- Translate business requests into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Build and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows
- Load and manage data while preserving relational integrity
- Troubleshoot permissions, sharing rules, reports and automation
- Deliver project work and provide day-to-day user support
