DBS Consumer Banking provides deposits, investments, lending and other financial services to customers. The cluster manager will lead current-account acquisition, portfolio growth and sales teams while ensuring compliant onboarding and customer retention.

• Deliver current-account acquisition, activation, balance and fee-income targets
• Build catchment-led acquisition strategies and referral networks
• Manage sales pipelines, productivity plans and performance reviews
• Lead, coach and performance-manage current-account sales teams
• Grow transaction activity, balances and cross-sell across business clients
• Ensure compliant onboarding and resolve customer service issues
