• Recruit and train manpower for the Consumer LAP business
• Map catchments and coordinate marketing activities
• Drive sales productivity and achieve operating plans across branches and DSTs
• Work with branch teams to follow up on leads and customer visits
• Monitor Consumer LAP profitability and portfolio quality
