• Acquire and upgrade Treasures clients in branch areas
• Grow client assets under management and deepen product relationships
• Review client portfolios with wealth, investment and insurance specialists
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed service timelines
• Complete client onboarding, due diligence and ongoing risk reviews
• Organize client events to generate prospects and strengthen relationships
