About the role
Ethos provides a technology platform for buying and underwriting life insurance. The IT Engineer will build and secure cloud-based systems, integrations, and automations that support employees and internal operations.
What you'll do
- Design and manage the cloud-based IT environment
- Build workflow automations and AI agents for IT processes
- Integrate SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, and SCIM
- Automate joiner-mover-leaver access and birthright permissions
- Analyze ticket data to prioritize automation opportunities
- Troubleshoot complex IT issues and implement durable solutions
