About the role
Skillz operates a mobile esports platform for gaming tournaments and supports game developers with real-money competition services. The Senior Recruiter will lead technical and executive searches, build candidate pipelines, and improve hiring outcomes.
What you'll do
- Run end-to-end executive searches from calibration through closing
- Build proactive pipelines to reduce future time-to-fill
- Improve candidate targeting and qualification for stronger slates
- Align early on compensation and candidate motivations
- Reduce reliance on external search partners by developing internal search capability
