About the role
Sprinklr provides an AI-native platform for unified customer experience management, including omnichannel contact center solutions. The consultant will lead enterprise CCaaS implementations, configure solutions, and advise clients on architecture, integrations, and adoption.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end CCaaS implementations for enterprise clients
- Define implementation strategy and solution architecture
- Mentor junior consultants and guide delivery practices
- Lead customer discovery workshops and gather requirements
- Audit platform health and develop remediation plans
- Coordinate implementation and support across internal teams
