About the role
Sprinto provides an autonomous trust platform for managing compliance, audits, risk, and governance. The intern will support candidate pipelines, interview coordination, recruiting operations, and improvements to hiring workflows.
What you'll do
- Maintain candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Track candidates and follow up on hiring next steps
- Identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting workflows
- Maintain candidate data, documentation, and recruiting reports
