About the role
Paytm provides mobile payments and financial services, including merchant tools such as EDC devices and Soundbox. You will lead field sales for EDC devices in the oil and gas sector, growing distribution, merchant onboarding and transaction volumes.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage a field sales team of at least five members
- Drive EDC machine sales and deployment across oil and gas merchants
- Build and maintain channel partner relationships
- Monitor team productivity, acquisition quality and incentive earnings
- Train and guide the team to improve performance
- Report sales metrics and analyze market and competitor trends
