About the role
The/Nudge Institute builds resilient livelihoods through programs in rural development, agriculture, skilling and economic inclusion. This associate will develop corporate donor partnerships, support fundraising targets and coordinate delivery of donor commitments.
What you'll do
- Develop proposals and pitch decks for programs
- Research donor partners and build market intelligence
- Maintain dashboards tracking donor pipeline strength
- Coordinate promised outcomes with marketing and program teams
- Work with finance to optimize program fund utilization
- Support donor volunteering, leadership participation and field visits
