About the role
Paytm provides mobile payments and financial services, including payment and commerce tools for small businesses. The associate will monitor merchant support tickets, maintain operational data, reconcile records, and coordinate issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Monitor support tickets and meet defined SLAs
- Maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and MIS
- Reconcile operational trackers with backend system data
- Identify aging cases and exceptions for timely closure
- Coordinate merchant issue resolution with cross-functional teams
- Share operational insights and follow approved SOPs
