About the role
Scimplify manufactures specialty chemicals and provides research, development, manufacturing, and global supply services. The Business Head will grow the Oil & Gas Chemicals business through strategy, commercial relationships, portfolio expansion, and P&L ownership.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the Oil & Gas Chemicals business strategy
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and P&L performance
- Build relationships with oil and gas companies, refineries, and distributors
- Expand specialty chemical and performance additive offerings
- Identify business opportunities, supplier partnerships, and market segments
- Lead negotiations, pricing, contracts, and a commercial team
