• Assess factory equipment, processes, quality, batch sizes, and regulatory compliance
• Determine manufacturing feasibility and make go-or-no-go decisions
• Model commercial economics and structure pricing and contract terms
• Negotiate supply agreements from letters of intent through signed manufacturing agreements
• Support regional business development teams and resolve production problems
• Document regional factory benchmarks and supply development playbooks
