About the role
Scimplify provides research, custom synthesis, manufacturing and delivery of specialty chemicals for multiple industries. This person will build and scale the Natural Colours international business, own its P&L and lead teams and partnerships.
What you'll do
- Own the international business P&L and drive profitability
- Build and scale international natural colours markets
- Develop relationships with global customers, distributors and partners
- Lead initiatives to grow the business to USD 10M+ annual P&L scale
- Develop and mentor teams to deliver international business objectives
