About the role
Scimplify provides specialty chemical research, synthesis, manufacturing and delivery services to businesses across multiple industries. This manager will lead international growth, partnerships, regional strategy and cross-functional initiatives while managing Assistant Managers.
What you'll do
- Lead international business development and portfolio expansion across regions
- Manage and mentor Assistant Managers
- Drive initiatives with supply chain, central, marketing and growth teams
- Lead proposals, negotiations and contract execution with global stakeholders
- Create and manage regional budgets and forecasts
- Develop go-to-market strategies and analyze markets, competitors and regulations
