• Acquire and upgrade Treasures clients in branch locations
• Grow client assets under management and deepen wallet share
• Review client portfolios with wealth, investment, and insurance specialists
• Meet monthly and annual volume and revenue targets
• Resolve customer queries and complaints within agreed timelines
• Complete client onboarding, KYC, AML checks, and ongoing risk reviews
